– Triglie
– Pomodori freschi
– Aglio
– Cipolla
– Misto di prezzemolo, basilico e menta
– Olio EVO
– Vino
– Sale e Pepe
Friggere le triglie in olio. In un’altra padella mettere olio, aglio, cipolla, i pomodori, le triglie, del vino, sale e pepe. Cuocere per pochi minuti ed aggiungere le erbe aromatiche.

– Fresh tomatoes
– Garlic
– Onion
– Mix of parsley, basil and mint
– Extra virgin oil
– Wine
– Salt and Pepper
Fry the red mullets. In another pan put some oil, garlic, onion, fresh tomatoes, red mullets, wine, salt and pepper. Cook for few minutes, then add aromatic herbs
