8 ANCHIOVES IN OIL

1 PIECE OF GARLIC

BREADCRUMBS  : put in a mixer two slices of sandwich loaf,  put the bread in a pan and let it toast.When is cold add 1 teaspoon of pecorino and  thyme .

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL   ½ GLASS

300GR OF SPAGHETTI

 

 

PUT IN A SKILLET   OIL , GARLIC AND THE ANCHIOVES….LIVE THEM  BLEND.

BOIL THE SPAGHETTI  IN  SALTED  WATER .DRAIN THE PASTA WET AND PUT IN TO A PAN WITH ANCHIOVES.

MIX  AND PUT IN TO A DISH , GRATE THE ZEST OF LEMON AND ADD WITH THE BREADCRUMBS.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
