1 kg . tangerines

– 650 gr . sugar

– 500 ml . water

– juice of 1 lemon

– 1 vanilla berry seedsLava mandarins and sbucciali .

Wash the mandarini and boil half of the skins

for about 20 minutes .

Drain and blend the skins and put them aside.

Boil water with sugar .

Add mandarins cleaned from the seeds and skins of the past,the lemon juice

Add the vanilla seeds and let boil for about 15 minutes.

Pour the jam into sterilized jars , close them and flip the jars .
