3 TABLESPOON OF SUGAR
SALT
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
CUT THE PEPPERS IN PIECES , AND FRY IN A PAN WITH OIL UNTIL THEY BECOME SOFT ANDCHANGE COLOR. ADD VINEGAR,SUGAR ,SALT.
LEAVE TO COOK UNTIL THEY CARAMELIZE.
