1kg fresh anchoves,cleaned and butterflied
1 clove garlic,finely chopped
2/3 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of pecorino
Sea salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
ARRANGE THE ANCHOVIES FILLETS,SKIN SIDE UP IN THE BAKING DISH,SPRINKLE WITH HALF OF THE GARLIC,BREADCRUMBS AND PARSLEY,SEASON LIGHTLY WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND DRIZZLE
WITH LEMON JUICE.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180*, AND BAKE IT FOR 10M.
SERVE WARM OR ROOM TEMPERATURE
