SERVES 4
500 g of meat veal cut in thin slices
200 g of breadcrumbs
Parsley
50 g of pecorino cheese
50 g of parmigiano cheese
100 g of ragusano or provola
1 garlic
Bay leaves
Salt and pepper
Mix in a bowl the breadcrumbs,the pecorino cheese, the parmigiano cheese,the parsley and the garlic chopped,the oil, salt and pepperr.
Put one spoon of the stuffing in the middle of the meat, add a small cube of ragusano cheese and roll the veal ( like involtino ) .Put the chops in a wooden skewer inserting a bay leaf. Put on top the rest of bread crumbs
Grill or cook in the oven….I suggest you to grill..
