2 SLICES OF TUNA FISH

500G RED ONION

150 WATER

50 VINEGAR

3 SPOONS OF BROWN SUGAR

2 SPOONS OF OIL

SALT

PUT IN A PAN ONIONS IN  THIN SLICES, ADD WATER,VINEGAR,SALT,OIL, AND  AT THE MIDDLE COOKING ADD THE SUGAR .COOK UNTIL CARAMELIZED.

GRILL THE FISH, AND SERVE WITH ONIONS ON TOP.
