- WORK SUGAR AND BUTTER, THEN ADD THE YOLKS, THE FLOUR , THE YEAST AND THE ZEST OF LEMON
- MAKING DOUGH ,PUT IN A PAN AND STUFF WITH JAM.
- BAKE AT 180°
