Ingredients :
4 ARTICHOKES
1 GARLIC clove
1 LEMON
1 BUNCH PARSLEY CHOPPED
SALT AND PEPPER
½ GLASS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Directions
CUT THE ARTICHOKES,SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE. CUT THEM IN MEDIUM SLICES AND PUT THEM IN A PAN WITH OIL.
ADD WATER SLOWLY. WHEN THEY ARE COOKED ADD LEMON JUICE, GARLIC AND BREADCRUMBS, PARSLEY AND SALT.
SERVE IN A SHALLOW DISH AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
