SWORDFISH WITH CHERRY TOMATOES

Slides of swordfish

Cherry  tomatoes

Capers

wine

garlic

olive

peanuts

Basil , parsley and mint

Salt and pepper

Oil extra virgin olive

 

Put in a pan oil, garlic, capers, peanuts,cherry tomatoes, add the fish ,olive,

and wine until  it evaporates…cook 5 minutes..no more and add all aromatic herbes. Some pepper will be good.
