BREAD CRUMBS  100G

PARSLEY

PECORINO    1  SPOON

CAPERS 1 spoon

ANCHOVIES  IN OIL  1

SALT

PEPPER

GARLIC

1 EGG

Put in a  pan oil extra virgin of olive ,garlic,anchovies and the tentacles for 3m .take all from the pan and in the same pan toast the bread.Now add the capers,the parsley, the pecorino, the pepper and the egg.Suff the squid  (not too much and not swollen but flat)…close the squids with a toothpick.Finally bake in the oven at 180° for 20m.
